Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2- 5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

• Other Governorates: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fees:

• A shipping fee is required in advance to confirm any order.
  • Customers may inspect their product in the presence of the delivery representative.
  • Once the courier departs, returns are not accepted except under the conditions specified in our return policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• يُطلب دفع مصاريف الشحن مقدمًا لتأكيد أي أوردر

• يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج بحضور مندوب التوصيل

• بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع إلا وفق الحالات المحددة في سياسة الاستبدال

• مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظرف
