Return & Exchange Policy
Inspection Upon Delivery:
All our products can be inspected in the presence of the delivery representative. If you wish to return the item at that time, only the shipping fee will be charged.
Returns After Delivery:
You can request a return within 5 days from the delivery date only if there is an issue with the fabric (size issues are not covered).
Return Steps:
1- Send a clear photo of the issue via Instagram messages.
2- Provide us with your address and the required details.
3- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the product will be collected within 5 days at no extra cost.
Washing & Care
Our linen is pre-washed and built to last — the color, texture, and handmade details remain intact even after repeated washes. For best results, wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, and air dry to preserve its natural beauty.
It's best to wash linen in cool or lukewarm water, using a mild detergent and the delicate cycle on your machine or by hand. Avoid hot water
